Just got the final ruling today from UHC-United Health Care:
They will not pay for the 97014 IFL code any more. WE HAVE TO USE G0283 FOR ALL UHC AS WELL AS MEDICA PATIENTS. I'm putting this note in patient files in Medisoft as they come up. Any questions, please ask me :) Thanks. Kathy S
